One Pint of Mountains Please - August 2019

This is Mary Beth's first showing of her artwork in New Mexico. A longtime fan of the state and landscape, she moved to Albuquerque in 2019. Her body of work about mountains will be displayed at Ale Republic in Cedar Crest, NM - the eastside of the Sandia Mountains. The work will be displayed August 1 - 31. Opening reception is Friday, August 2, 6:00 - 8:00 pm.

Revealing - March 2016

Reveal Home Staging has taken on a number of Mary Beth's colorful early studies and pieces. These artworks, among other furnishings, are placed in houses to transform them for house sellers to help decrease the duration that the house is on the market and bring in the highest offer. Mary Beth's artworks are rotating among Houston houses on the market. Pop into an Open House soon!

TRUNK SHOW at Houston Center for Contemporary Craft - August 2013

Mary Beth is one of the featured artists at the Asher Summer Trunk Show at the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft. She will show her artist books that use a variety of materials and book styles inspired by her recent travels. Reception and Preview: August 29, 5:30 - 7:00 pm and Trunk Show: August, 31, 11:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Artist Book Exhibit at Caroline Collective - April 2013

The upcoming exhibit at Caroline Collective will show a series of new artist books inspired by her travels in Australia, China, and the American Southwest. The narratives explore her passion for language and landscape, and the interconnections between them. The show runs April 27 - June 7, 2013 and the opening reception is Friday April 26, 7-9 pm.

The Price is Right Exhibition- April 2011

Mary Beth is looking forward to exhibiting two new pieces in the upcoming group exhibit, The Price is Right, at the Swan Coach Art Gallery. The two pieces are works created on acrylic—which are double sided! Come and check out the art, both sides! The show runs April 21–June 4, 2011 and the opening reception is Thursday, April 21 from 6–8pm.

Little Things Mean a Lot to me!- November 2010

Mary Beth will be participating in the the exhibit, Little Things Mean a Lot, at the Swan Coach House Gallery in Altanta, GA. She submitted a handful of small pieces to the group exhibition with many Georgia and Southern artists. The show runs November 18, 2010 - January 8, 2011 and the opening reception is Thursday, November 18, 6-8pm.

Scroll Books at the Asher Gallery- July 2010

The Asher Gallery at Houston Center for Contemporary Craft has on display three new scroll books. They were created with Woiccak's used drop clothes and hand-stitched phrases that were collected from conversations, news events, and old journals. HCCC is located at 4848 Main Street, Houston, TX.

New Project - June 2010

Mary Beth started a series of small works on paper in the format of a book to be placed in public areas, and its final destination is up to the finder. This series of 50 will be dispersed nationally and internationally. Keep your eyes on the look out!

ART BOX SHOW - December 2009

Mary Beth will be participating in the ART BOX SHOW at Bering and James Gallery in Houston, Texas. The 12" x 12" box, View from Mare's Nest, will be featured with over 250 artists and benefits the DePelchin Children's Center. The show runs December 4th - 31st, 2009.

Collectors and Cocktails at the HCCC - May 2009

Mary Beth's handmade book entitled Beauty is in what remains was juried into this year's Collectors and Cocktails. The event will be held at Houston Contemporary Craft Center Thursday, May 14, 7-9pm, 4848 Main St. Houston, TX 77002. Be sure to view the online preview of auction items!

Found for the Home to display New Works - January 2009

Owners Ruth Davis and Aaron Rambo have taken on a number of artworks in their store Found for the Home. The works on paper and canvas are a wonderful addition to their unique assortment of the "new antique." They are located at 2422 Bartlett Street #5 Houston, TX 77098.

Solo Exhibition at Travis Towers in Downtown Houston, TX - October 2008

Anthology of Traces is a solo exhibition featuring seventeen new works by Mary Beth since her recent move from Atlanta, Georgia. Interested in the written word and the language of materials, she merges the two through a reflective process of layering. The exhibit runs October 6 - December 31, 2008.

Mary Beth to exhibit in Vibrant: Houston Artists in City Halls - May 2008

The Houston Art Alliance, on behalf of the City of Houston has selected Lightening that will be included in this year's City Hall exhibition Vibrant: Houston Artists in City Halls. Mary Beth is one of thirty-two artists that were chosen to be a part of this exhibit that will be on view from May 28, 2008 through February 20, 2009.
